Don Clark Associates is a practice with a wealth of experience in the construction industry that employs only experienced associates who can bring a high level of particular skills, judgment and experience to particular projects. This small company offers a dedicated hands-on practical approach to the provision of consultant services. Their clients include end users, developers, contractors and other construction consultants. Most of the associates have worked with the company over many years, and include several Architects, a Planning Expert, Solicitor Advocate, Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Structural Engineer, Party Wall Surveyors, Commercial Energy Assessor (EPC’s) & Air Conditioning System Inspector and Mechanical & Electrical Engineer.

Don Clark is an architect with 32 years experience and a thorough knowledge of many building types. He is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects.

Don gained valuable experience working for a number of years at commercial London practices, including Chapman Taylor Partners and Hamilton Associates. His work there included several newbuild and refurbishment office schemes, and substantial design work for the facades and malls of The Pavilions Shopping Centre, Birmingham, which was the first five level centre in the U.K., and which won the ‘International Council for Shopping Centres Major European Centre Award’.

Don has run his successful business for many years, has worked in over 20 local authority areas, and has been responsible for the design of over 80 projects. These have required careful and considered design, negotiation and working practice, together with a solid and detailed technical knowledge.

Don Clark Associates offers a comprehensive architectural and interior design service on projects up to £3m., including industrial development, office and retail development residential development, and retail and office interiors.  The company has also worked in conjunction with other practices on schemes of a significantly larger scale.

Virtually all our clients have approached us by recommendation, and we are grateful that a number of them have worked with us over a period of years and on a variety of projects. Recommendations are, of course, available on request.
